What We Did

Following an initial consultation, we advised on the registrar process for uncontested dissolution under Thai law, prepared the required documentation, and assisted both parties through the registration procedure.

Dissolution registered within six weeks of initial consultation. Both parties received written confirmation of the registered dissolution and guidance on next steps relevant to their respective countries of residence.

The Situation
